It's been 1 fucking year
Okay, so it's been one year since I've been on LJ and actually typed out something, here's the deal about what's happened in the last year of my life.
-As you may have guessed, I dropped out of University to go for a career change in the Auto Mechanics field. I took the course at Winnipeg Tech, and I completed it and graduated from it. Go 10 month courses
-While I was IN school many things happened, one, I gained a girlfriend, and surprisingly she's white. Now most of you would say, BIG DEAL. Well let me ask you something my friends, how many couples do you see that are an Asian guy and a white girl, now how many do you see of a white guy with an Asian girl? Ratio there is about 1:7. Fuckin' Yellow Fever.
Another thing that happened was that I was placed at McNaught's in the Auto Mall during my schooling as my work practice. At first it was shit, but it finally came through, and now I have a job there. It's really good with wages, I'm beating out anyone that's working at Convergy's now.
-The club that I've been running at the UofM is going quite well. We have about 5 tournaments in a year. So far we've done Summerslam, of last year, Open house x 2, Fight For The Future, and this year it's That Summer Tournament '07.
-I went to T8 this year (for those of you that don't know, it's a fighting games national tournament held in Toronto), this year I went with Steffan Fields, some of you know him. Anyways we played our games, and I placed higher than expected in 3rd Strike, 25th out of 62 entries. F-ING sweet! I really wanna move out to Toronto, but I think my plan is to finish up here first.
