i find that when videogames don't help, try going for a drive, and beat the hell of the car when you do it. i got my gar to perform quite well when im pissed off, probably because i rev it so high that theres no way it won't perform.

sorry to hear you're pissed man. and if you need to vent, vent. no one will think less of you and no one will claim you need attention. everyone needs to vent sometimes.
