Ugh, as of yesterday, Washington State has a new higher Sales Tax of 8.9%. I swear it just keeps going up and up...are there even any other states out there that have a higher one? New York was for a time, but I'm not sure anymore. Edit: Oh, I've learned we're only 2nd in the U.S. behind Tennessee, which has a Sales Tax of 9.35% (egad). Holy shite ( Read more... )
