Someone just called me at work (I guess they looked me up) wondering if they could talk to Cynthia Gooch. (Some of you will already get this...wait for it...)

I was like "huh?"

And they started saying something about finding the name online, and found a quote I had posted (in a Square One TV-

One might expect that to happen to you, but it's still very funny. When I first looked at the entry I thought it was going to have something to do with your area code appearing in Unkidnapping -- as if your number matched that number!

Sounds like it was a nice dose of levity for the middle of the day. Wonder if he WILL find the person?

I thought it was so funny. I wonder if anyone ever asks the lady about Mathnet? I did feel kind of bad, but relieved that it wasn't some random freak looking up my number online just to tell me about my Website. ^_^

Course, it is VERY funny that the area code from Unkidnapping IS actually mine. Wow, how odd these little coincidences are!

I hope that guy doesn't go looking and find this post I've now made fun of him with. :@ )
