I finally decided!
So, I have finally made a decision on where to go to college after I leave Perk. (I know! I can hear the shock in your voices!) I'm going to (drum roll, please) William Carey University!! I know some of you are thinking that it's not a big deal, I've said I was going there before, but I kept changing my mind. Southern offered me a great scholarship! They were going to give me $1,000 a semester for ten semesters. That's a total of $10,000 just to sing. That's a lot of money. However, I went to audition at Carey and Dr. Malone was practically begging me to come. He is trying to find every way possible for me not to have to pay a penny to come there. It was very flattering, to say the least. Anyway, I've been praying about it and Carey just seems to be the best fit. It's smaller than Southern, which I love. And, I'll get more one-on-one attention. I'm excited about it. I feel really at peace about it, and that's a really good thing.
I'm also moving up to Hattiesburg in June. I'm moving into a house with my friend, Matt. (He's a homo...haha). I'm really excited about it. I can't wait to get out of Wiggins!
