I'm kind of hoping to do one more...we shall see! With luck Bruce will let them be in the same room and see what goes from there...or he might suggest something different...but I don't think there's really closure yet...

I loved it! Bruce not being in control is a very pretty, as is his trust in Clark.

Mmmm, thank you! Bruce finally losing control is always so delicious, and I'm glad I could share the image a bit. :)

Damn it! I took too long writing my comment and wasn't first after all. Damn me for being so verbose.

Am I first to comment? Yes!

No! *grin* See, you need to limit your comment to "Wow! Great!" and then you'd have been fine. :) (But I'm glad you didn't, as this comment made me purr with happiness!)

You can just tell there's a part of Bruce that really wants Clark to do this, to just swoop in and steal him away from some boring meeting and have his wicked way with Bruce. Not that Bruce will admit to that, of course. LOL

Oh good, I'm delighted that came across! I was a little afraid Bruce actually sounded relieved instead of "Grumble grumble damn Boy Scout..." :)

Clark making Bruce wave his hand made me laugh; it's such a CLARK thing to do.

It made me snicker; it's such a goofy, innocuous thing to do.

I think it's the most telling that it's not that Bruce chose to put down the switch and acknowledged his trust of Clark; it's that he trusts him on such a basic, implicit, unconscious level, that he isn't even aware of how he feels.

Eeeeeeeeeeee, thank you! That's exactly what I was hoping to capture in this section, so ( ... )

I should be helping move furniture right now, but the following two comments are more important:

  1. This is the hottest series in the fandom. Hands down; and,
  2. letting Clark make him trace his own scars as if they were precious and not just mistakes is the best line in any fic in the fandom.

*blushes* I'm glad you're finding it hot! And I'm especially delighted you picked out that line! I'd never really thought about it before, because I tend to focus on the scars being amazingly sexy, but I'm pretty sure Bruce would find them more annoying than anything else: reminders of moments when he was too slow, too stupid, too vulnerable. Thank you so much and good luck with the moving furniture!
