My Opinion (and only mine) on recent LJ-ness
I don't f-lock stories. Period. If LJ reaches a point where I must or face deletion, I'll simply put up a note that I've gone elsewhere.
I refuse to get paranoid about my stories, even if there's a reason to be. I refuse to get defensive and scared. Once you start fretting about these things, you're well on the road to self-censorship. If they take people like me down, they're going to have to do it on their own. I won't lift a finger to help them.
That said, I fully understand people who have decided to f-lock more of their stuff. I'm hoping this will all pass over and we can peek back out and relax.
I hope, more than anything else, that someday we'll live in a world where it's unimaginable that writing sex- and love-positive stories could ever be deemed "inappropriate for minors."
And on that note, I'll be posting more threesome smut this evening.
