JIB - Day 2 - Saturday - 3rd of April

So after Friday comes Saturday. I woke up around 7am. After all the lame breakfast stuff etc. I went to line up for Jared’s photo op while Noora went to… do something? Anyway, there weren’t that many people before me so I was pretty frustrated when they told us that there would be the Opening Ceremony at first in the main hall and everyone should get in there.
Well, took my seat and Andrea started talking. And then, whee! All the guests (minus Jake) came to the stage! Oh happy days. They had this huge ass chocolate egg on the stage too. One of the first things I noticed is that “Holy shit! Jared looks million times hotter than on TV!” Seriously, he’s just… wow! I think I’ve always been more Dean/Jensen girl, but after JIB, I honestly have no idea.
Moving on. Andrea told them to break the egg. Jared knocked it slightly with his mic. Then a little harder so the egg broke a little. And dude, his little victory “dance” thingie was so cute! Okay, excuse my fangirling here. Jared passed the mic to Steve. Jensen nearly made the egg fall when he hit it. Steve caught it and then hit it with the mic. Jim gave the final blow with his microphone and the egg was defeated. Poor eggie, it was beautiful. Misha looked like he would hit it too, but instead put his hand in and took one small chocolate egg. So yeah, inside of the huge egg was smaller eggs. The guys started to throw the eggs into the crowd. Jason tried to threw one for me and then asked if I caught it. When I shook my head, he tried again. It fell on the floor but yeah, I picked it up from there. Then Jensen started to throw pieces of the huge egg at our direction and I caught one. It was actually pretty good chocolate. Just when someone said something about eggs hitting people’s head, I avoided one slightly and pretty soon after that one of Jensen’s chocolate eggs hit my head. Well, didn’t kill me or even hurt that bad.

Richard’s panel was right after the Opening Ceremony, but I had Jared’s photo op. Got in pretty quickly and my “conversation” with Jared went somehow along the lines:
Me: “Hi!”
Jared: “Hi!” *reads the text on my shirt* “So far, this is the… haha! That’s a good one! I like it.”
Me: “Thanks! So, can you make a funny face?”
Jared: “Funny face? Sure!”
The pic was taken, I thanked him, he smiled his damn adorable smile and I left. Whaaa! Okay, enough. No more fangirling. For a while. When I was leaving he (or then it was Jensen later, I still don’t remember which one of J2 it was) said something like “finally someone asked to do something” or something in a happy tone and I was all “whaaa!” again. Oh right, no fangirling.

So from Jared’s photo op to Richard’s panel. I hate that I always missed the beginning of his panels! He was entertaining and funny, of course. It’s Richard for God’s sake. But for some reason I don’t remember what he talked in this panel. But he was funny, I kid you not!

After Richard was Jensen’s panel. That guy is a sweetheart! Let me check my videos to see what he was talking about. He talked about Dean dying and how hard it is to die. And that it’s harder to die eyes open. He also said it’s easy for him to switch from Jensen to Dean because he’s been playing that character for so long. I loved the part when some guy asked his question in Italian and Jensen was like “yeah, uhmm.. give me a minute” and then let the translator lady to translate the question. The guy asked what character he loves the most. Answer was Dean because he’s been playing him that long and all that stuff. He talked about the scene where Famine told Dean that he’s dead inside, etc. Also, Jensen would say “yes” to Michael. The girl who asked that question also told him he’s gorgeous and I think the whole crowd pretty much agreed. He didn’t know what to expect from this con because it was his first con in non-English country but that he was pleasantly surprised, etc. Well, those were on my videos. Oh and then while he was answering to a question if he and Jared got along right when they first met (or something), Jared crashed his panel. There was a lot panel crashing in this con, let me tell you :D So Jensen had to leave for his photo op and Jared started his panel.

At first he welcomed us and thanked us for coming. He then told he was jetlagged and his flight was late because the plane broke and they had to go back to Philadelphia after they’ve already been in the air for an hour. They were supposed to be in Rome at 8am but landed around 4pm. Poor guy. After that he talked about Friday the 13th. In Mystery Spot he said Jensen kept missing one word during the scene, where they had to speak the same lines at the same time. Oh btw, I love when Jared says “y’all” XD Oh and! Before asking questions people were like “I’m this and that from this faraway land” and Jared kept answering “hi, I’m Jared from Texas”. And it was pretty funny indeed. He talked about his, Jensen, Sam and Dean’s eating habits. Sam is the healthy eater but not a vegetarian. In real life Jensen is the healthy eater and he himself is the one who eats everything, you know, he’s a big guy and needs to eat. Those were from my videos again. Pretty much all I remember from his panel. Plus, he’s a goofball. But that was no surprise to anyone.

After the panel was over, we hurried to Jensen’s photo op. There weren’t that many people before us anymore.
Jensen: *all smiley and cute* “Hi, how are you?”
Me: *being totally le shocked and ignoring his question* “Hi, can you make a funny face?”
Jensen: *the cutest laugh ever* “Sure!”
Then I think after the pic was taken
Clif da bodyguard: “He has a funny face.”
Me: “Oh, come ooon!”
Jensen: “Yeah, thanks.”
Awwww! The fangirl moment #2945! I said my thanks and left.

EDIT. talked with Noora, Jensen's photo op apparently happened on Sunday -_- His shirt says so too. I have no idea what I've been doing during that time then. Probably nothing xD
Then we went to take an autograph from Jared. We gave him the vodka and salmiakki, he thanked us very much and we left. Oh and! The lady sitting there with him gave my scrapbook to Jared and so the autograph is upside down. Well, you can’t really recognize any letters from his autograph so I guess it doesn’t matter if it’s upside down or not XD
Then we had time to relax. Decided to buy that amazing lunch bag with 12 euros. JEEZ! Sorry, but the white bread smelled like my sister’s dog’s breath. Didn’t really feel like eating it. So I paid 12 euros, ate half of the other bread, drank Sprite, ate half of the apple and took a bite of the muffin. That was my lunch of the day. Well, I had brought Alpen energy bars with me from Finland so me and Noora ate one for those. Now let me warn you. The next happenings I’m going to tell you can be all in a wrong order. But well, I guess they all happened at some point.

After Noora had taken her pic with J2, we went to have an autograph from Misha. Noora was before me and she told Misha we brought stuff from Finland and then was my turn.
Misha: “You’re from Finland too?”
Me: “Yeah.” Then he wrote his autograph and when I was leaving he opened his mouth again.
Misha: “I’d like to go to Finland someday.”
Me: “It’s cold and snowy.”
Misha: “Yeah, but not in Summer time, right?”
Me: “Nope, you’re right.”
Then I don’t remember him saying more, he just flashed his gorgeous smile, I thanked him and left to wait for his panel to start.
This panel was EPIC. This panel was where the brief prank happened. Well, before explaining the epic prank, let’s see what he talked about. Misha’s favorite future Cas scene is when Cas was in a car talking about all that amphetamine stuff. You know the scene. The “meat” stuff he ate in “My Bloody Valentine” was actually vegetarian ground sausage mixed with tomato paste and it was uncooked. Nom nom! Super disgusting, he said. Someone also asked if he has any movies or something coming out and he told us about Stonehenge Apocalypse. Obviously it will win an Oscar when the time comes. Misha told us that when he was in a green room with Jensen, they had discussed that the JIB con crowd was the best convention crowd they’ve ever had. “Don’t let that go to your head”. His personal impression of Italy, the hotel was what it was, Rome spectacular, “you guys have old shit in here”. I love his usage of the words.
Then. The best part of the panel. The brief prank. If you don’t know the story, you better check Kat’s entry about it here. Richard had asked Mel (Castiel in the Cosplay Contest) earlier if she could make this whole prank thing happen. So she went to the mic, told what was going on. She asked us to show what we’ve got, we waved the ugly, orange briefs in the air and Misha… bwhaha! He asked how was this organized and we told him that Richard knows how to use the internet as well. Someone from the staff collected the briefs and gave them to Misha. He promised to thank Richard later. Then he started to go through the briefs! He picked some ladies’ panties and was like “a little experimental, but I’ll try”. Then he picked up the red ones with some tigers or something on them.
“Greenice. Which is a disgusting word. Sounds likes an infected penis”. Oh. My. God. He then later gave the Greenice ones to a girl who’s name is Ines (Impala in the Cosplay Contest). Seriously! This man is something else... Then Ines asked if Kevin Sorbo is God because he was visiting the convention, but Misha haven’t had an idea who the guy was before the con. Well, that makes us two, Misha.

After Misha’s panel it was time for Jared and Jensen’s panel. They talked about Sam girls and Dean girls.
Jared: “…And when there’s Team Dean and I’m like it’s okay, you’ll grow up.”
And then Jensen told that Jared’s mom showed up on set wearing a “Dean girl” shirt.
Jared: “That was a little odd.”
Jensen: “I was really happy!”
Jared: “Gilmore Girl Dean..” or something and “That’s what I tell myself. Sam girl is Supernatural, Dean girl is Gilmore Girl.”
And then. Of course Misha had to crash the panel. He was outside the main hall and was watching the guys’ panel from the TV screens. He had stolen a mic from somewhere so when the guys were talking about how tall they were, etc. we suddenly heard Misha’s voice! He told it was frustrating to work with J2 because standing next to them he is a midget xD Then Jared got up and started to “hit and kick” Castiel in the pic behind them.
Jared: “You didn’t see but I just punched your picture.”
Jensen: “I think he saw it.”
Misha: “I did see. I’m watching you.”
Jensen: “This interview is OVER.”
Then he suddenly came in, hugged Jared (I hate how bad my pic of that hug is!) and invaded Jensen’s personal space (I hate how bad the pick of that is too)! WHEE! I was happy 8D Pretty much after that he was gone again.

After J2’s panel I think we went to Richard’s photo op. We were supposed to go get Jensen’s autograph but there were no people lining for Richard so we went. My “conversation” with him went along the lines:
Me: “Hi! Can you make a face?”
Richard: “A face? What kind of face?”
Me: “I don’t know. A funny face?”
Richard: “Will you do that too?”
Me: “Uhh, yeah?”
Richard: “Okay!”
I love his face in the pic! And his eyebrows which technically are part of his face, but anyway. (This is giving me a headache! Noora said the photo op happened between the panels so I believe her.)
Okay so after J2’s panel I had a photo op with Jim. Me and Noora decided to buy another Richard autograph. So I left her with money and went to get my photo op pass from my hotel room.
Me: “Hi, Jim!”
Jim: “Hi, how are you?”
Me: “Great! Can you make a funny face?”
Jim: “This is a funny face.” and he pointed his own face.
Me: “Noo, come ooon.”
Then the camera dude told us to move a little and without a warning Jim moved to the left and because he was already holding me I nearly fell but well, I didn’t 8D I didn’t even know if he made a funny face but I decided that because I look weird in every pic, I might as well look weird in this one too. And when I got the photo I was so happy to see his face!

So from Jim’s photo op to Richard’s autograph. We were the only one’s getting an autograph from him and so we had some time to talk with him. Noora got a pic of her and Richard with bunny ears signed at first. He laughed at the photo and when he saw mine he laughed again.
Richard: “Oh, this one too.”
Me: “Yeah.”
Richard: “What’s your name?”
I spelled my name and below there you can see what he wrote with it XD So Noora asked if he had yet tried what salmiakki tasted like. He said that he has the box in his room and it’s still unopened. So we asked if he wants to try some now since we have one extra box with us. He opened the box, ate one, didn’t probably like it that much. Then he gave one to the dude sitting with him at the table and oh boy! You should’ve seen the guy’s face! He went all red XD I think Richard liked to see people’s reaction to the candy because he next went to Steve and gave one for him too. He didn’t like it that much either. He said he likes licorice but not these salty ones. Suddenly Richard disappeared from the autograph room. I then decided I want to buy another CD from Steve (..so when exactly did I buy his first CD and got his first autograph? I have no idea). He signed the CD with my name, we chatted a while and then left.

When we got out of the room, Richard was out there giving candies to everyone who wanted to try them xD He was telling everyone that “these are from Finland. They’re a little salty”, etc. Then I told him he shouldn’t probably give those to people because they probably won’t like the candy. He just told me that “no, they’re gonna love it!” I was pretty much like “whatever you say, man” 8D People’s faces when they took their first bite = priceless!

I guess we went to our rooms to relax for a bit before Jim’s panel started. Me? I probably paid 22 euros for another 24 hours of internet (I spent 44euros for that Hilton’s net, not very wise thing to do) so I could post some more pics on my twitter. Anyway, we went back to the main hall for Jim’s panel. I love how he doesn’t really sit down while he’s speaking. I have only one video from his panel because my camera’s batteries were running out. He talked about the funny stuff on set, Jared and Jensen, etc. If I haven’t said it before, I’m going to say it now. Jim is truly an amazing person.

Then there was Jason’s concert. I’ve wanted to see him play live for so long and finally it happened! That guy is the sweetest thing ever! And he played every song I wanted to hear! After the concert I bought both of his CDs and later when most of the people had left, asked to have a pic with him. That came out really bad, I really look like a mental case in that pic, so it’s not going to be here or anywhere xD
