Music Meme and Stuff
Here's that meme I last saw at la_woman's LJ. I also cut out the rest of the meme, 'cause it's too long and uninteresting to everyone. Not that this is interesting to anyone either. Anyway, you're supposed to list all the bands you've ever seen. These are in approximate chronological order with random commentary, 'cause I can't do anything without rambling.
No Doubt, Weezer, Suicide Machine, *NSYNC [I knew Lance was gay, even then. And don't mock, I got cooler. Marginally.], Pink, Sisquo [They opened for *NSYNC, okay?], Dropkick Murphys, Tiger Army, The Scabs, America's Finest [WORST BAND EVER], Plain White Ts [In a room that held MAYBE 100 people; they played the Four Square Church in Pasadena about 3-4 years ago. KROQ plays them all the time now. Weird.], Bouncing Souls, Anti-Flag, The Virus, Cheap Sex, The Unseen, Up Syndrome, Nerf Herder, Five Star Marys, Ghost of the Robot [Yes, James Marsters band.], [The next five at the Inland Invasion in 2002:] Pennywise, Bad Religion, Social Distortion, The Offspring, The Sex Pisols, International Noise Conspiracy, The Hives, Sahara Hotnights, The Zipguns, assorted shitty punk bands that are really not memorable, the frigging Kings of Leon, Damian Marley from the hall ways, U2, and Wanda Jackson [The original rockabilly queen. That's as much as I can remember. I know there were more opening bands I forgot and maybe even some headliners. I lose. Edited to bold the artists, 'cause I talked so much in between. Sigh.
Anyway, I'm sitting here outside my class waiting for it to start. I'm fairly bored and thought I'd do this. Work tomorrow night til ten. Again. Bah. Selling clothing is fairly dull, I have to say. Definitely not something I want to do for the rest of my life.
