No matter how paranoid you are, you're not paranoid enough.

So yesterday, I went out to Lon Gisland Long Island for a friend's family's block party, which was massive amounts of nostalgic fun. And foooood. Omg the food. I had to be rolled back to the LIRR, I ate so much.

ANYWAY, at one point in the evening, I looked up into the sky and saw this weird sort of pinpoint of light with this cone of hazy light coming from it. It was sort of like a helicopter spotlight piercing through the clouds, but there were no clouds to give that effect! And the light was stronger than any stars in the sky (WE COULD SEE STARS IN THE SKY WHAAAAAAAAT). Then it started to disappear and the light dissipated and it was gone. It was so weird and creepy.

Apparently, it was an experimental rocket, which is obviously a government cover-up for a UFO. I've watched my X-Files enough to know better. TRUST NO ONE.

In other news, I'm ridiculously in love with Glee and spent a lot of yesterday traveling and listening to the unofficial soundtrack.

real life, random, wtf
