Somekitty's in trouble
The cat is getting too smart for her own good. Over the last week, she has demonstrated the ability to open and rummage through a backpack and pull down a bag hooked over the top of a chair, all in pursuit of yarn. We know cats like yarn, and try to keep it away from her because yarn + cat = corpse. (Whether it's because of the bad things it does to a cat's digestive system or because an angry knitter murders her for ruining five projects in four days is yet to be determined.) We're trying increasingly desperate measures to keep her away from the knitting (current experiment: locking closets and backpacks), but I have a feeling that Saru-chan is finally going to grow opposable thumbs and open every door, drawer and box in the condo looking for yarn to play with.
