Stuffed Peppers

I have come into possession of a bag of late season bell peppers and I want to make stuffed peppers and freeze them. I usually stuff with a meatloaf type mixture, ground beef, soaked rice, eggs, seasoning then cook in a tomato sauce. Would it be better to stuff and freeze raw, or cook them first? Yeah, and mine quiz thingy came out just as you would expect, about the same percentages as yours.........and you know sure as anything *I* ain't no girlie girl. I meant to post that only to Food Porn, and screwed up and never bothered tho try to correct. sigh
