HK song in cartoon KAT-TUN???

I was watching ctKT ep 57 with Tomochika-san when I suddenly hear a melody I recognize... around 10:48 and forward. Isn't it the Hong Kong song 學生哥 (I don't really know the song title), sung by Hui Kon Kit??
Or am I wrong? O.o

LOL. It just seems so totally out of place.
