This was a nice experiment.
But after 2007, when I deliberately weaned myself off LJ, the LJ blog scene doesn't quite work for me. It's the expectation of connection, something I want and can't have again and doesn't happen again, either.

The book has hit the "A-Ha!" moment, and it is good. So, not all was for naught.

Despite having fiddled with tumblr for a couple of weeks, I just don't get it. Am using it to refresh on pretty pictures while I write. (perhaps this IS what tumblr is about). Have no idea how you can fan-group with it, or find useful things (am still stuck in LJ mindset ( Read more... )
