Oh so almost done with this awful semester!

Various highlights from the day--

- I submitted my Senior Thesis. Go me!

- My thesis advisor, my favorite professor, is going to be in Japan in December and he brought up the idea of going to the Kairakuen (the famous garden in the town where I'll be staying). Oh my god would that be awesome or what?! Though I'd probably die from sheer hero worship. I was going to just go hear him give a lecture in Tokyo, but going to the garden in Mito together? Pure win.

- Same professor, I found out several days ago, translated Kripke's Naming and Necessity into Japanese. *again, is dead from hero worship* He showed me the manuscript and helped me translate the subtitle. I'm so proud that I remembered the kanji for 'mondai' XD

- I'M DONE WITH MY JAPANESE 202 CLASS! By all things holy I cannot express how AWESOME that is! AWESOME times INFINITY to the power of INFINITY. Yes. That awesome.

- Apparently at Tokiwa we have a long winter break. Peter, who is going to Waseda, and I are planning on meeting and going to do something, possibly something involving Fuji-san. We want to go get lost in the forest so cute little Japanese rescue-robots (that probably don't exist) will come find us. Also, Peter and Kevin and Lauren and I NEED to go do karaoke, damn it.

- I am really frickin' tired. I have my last final tomorrow, which is kanji, and I'm sad that class is ending because it was SO much fun. Peter and I talked pretty much the whole class period on most days. We have so much in common. <3

- Oh, and I don't think I mentioned that I also finished, yesterday, my Japanese Lit class that was ALL ABOUT DEATH. I'm so serious, I wish I wasn't. I even had to write an essay about death in Japanese Lit on the final. Oh well, at least I did good on my presentation (A) and paper (A-). Go me!

Off to post icons for the current oicontests challenge. ^^ And then go somewhere. And then study. Then sleep. Then study some more. Then take my LAST final of the semester! Whoo!
