Turkey - Arrival
I just arrived in Istanbul on my way to Erzurum. The flying company I work for is doing the flying for the Winter 2011 Universiade. It's basically the winder Olympics, but for universities. The flight over was pretty cool, international business class. They give you slippers & a toiletries bag when you start the flight. Menus for the multi-course meals. Drinks as well, I had Glenlivet 15 Year French Oak Reserve. Tasty :) I think that the flight here & back is going to spoil me! Also, the seats were fully adjustable and laid out almost completely flat! Not as comfortable as a bed, for sure, but way better than economy! At any rate, that's about all for now, I'm going to try and post updates on here about this trip on a reasonably regular basis.
