Update...
So true to form, it has been a considerable length of time since I updated this thing. No Surprise there. For some reason I feel tonight is a good time to update... so my life has been... busy. in a word anyway. Still working the two jobs. The school is OK. Teaching oddly being the most satisfying part. Which is odd to consider, really. Never thought I'd be A: Teaching and B: enjoy it. Funny how life is sometimes. The other job, designing performer flying winches, has it's ups & downs. I enjoy doing what I do. I get to travel a little bit, which is cool. Some of the other, we'll say circumstances, of that job can be quite... frustrating. So we'll see how that goes. it is nice to have 2 sources of income. Helps me make ends meet without too much sacrifice, which is nice.
My personal life is another story. Divorce is bullshit. Finding out that you didn't really know that person person you had planned on spending the rest of your life with is complete bullshit. not sure what else to say about that... I've come a long way in dealing with it... A long way. A lot of tears. Now I'm mostly just kind of bitter & jaded. Eventually I suppose those feelings will die too. as it is, I think they have been fading.
