Strange subject for a picture book...
I was in Barnes & Noble and while cruising down the bargain books table, I saw several stacks of picture books for young children but I zeroed in on one stack of books with the title THE JUNGLE.
I thought, "Wow. That's not an appropriate subject for a picture book! I can't imagine how they're going to draw the piles of meat with rat poo or the workers falling into the rendering vats..."
I picked up a copy and opened it. Nothing but trees, monkeys and swinging vines.
Oh, that kind of jungle.
Never mind.
