Weekend in Reverse
Last night was spent recovering in front of the television and trying to re-train our daughter how to sleep. She has learned now that crying == mom or dad showing up and so we have to be extra vigilant in not just running at the drop of a sob.
The afternoon was spent entering new merchandise on Area 42 while Rebecca and Anne knitted. The morning saw us planting our garden. Tomatoes -n- Herbs. That work went a lot easier than I had envisioned because the soil was so rich. The weeds were plentiful but came out much easier than expected.
Saturday night we watched the special features on the Dr. Horrible DVD that my sister brought over. (2 days in a row of hanging out with Anne, very cool) Just before that I rewired the home entertainment center to accommodate the new stand and replaced our shower heads in the master bathroom.
All of this was of course preceded by a trip to Lowes for the aforementioned plants, some light bulbs, new shower heads, new bathroom faucets and the new entertainment cabinet.
