Tonight, we watched that new show with Matthew Perry called "Studio 60 on the Sunset Strip" and one of the characters said something that really struck a chord in me. She plays an actress (the show is indirectly about Saturday Night LIve and its producers). She was having a fight with someone and said something like "You gotta tell me what's going on because I have a very active imagination and there are a lot of different possibilities going on in my head...in fact, i get PAID to have an overactive imagination, so you can see how this is not fair."

I just never thought about it like that. I catch myself coming with all these possibilities about why such and such is happening, about why she does this, why he does that. A lot of the time, my intuitition is right. But a lot of the times, we create these things in our head that are pretty far from the truth. It's the downside of being creative. And it is especially worse when you haven't been doing anything creative (blech).

Who wants to come visit me and do a show in the subway? or some crazy installation in an elevator? huh? yeah?
