Mountains any day! Mostly cause I'm used to them far more than to the ocean. And while the weather may be harsh, and storms may blow in suddenly (and the black flies can be devils on earth!) it wins over the risk of tsunami and red tides, and earthquakes (thinking west coast of canada) and overpopulation.
