[Work] Those On-Call Blues

It's 4am and I'm preparing to head into the office following a call an hour-and-a-half ago that I can't back to sleep from and whose repercusions today will blow everything else out of the water

*sigh*

It'd be a slight bit better if this hadn't been a continuation of the issue that had me called back in from a day off and then both days of the weekend too
