Despite a lack of "progress" on many of the items on by Uberlist, generally pleased at the changes in lifestyle that even having them written down is producing, caveats surrounding hours and work notwithstanding

Completed so far:

• None

Progress on:

• Adventures In A White Linen Suit, 20% ( South Africa)
• Chartered Engineer, 40% (nearly finished the paperwork, sorted out one of my sponsors and hopefully submitting this in the coming week)
• Chartered IT Practitioner, 40% (nearly finished the paperwork, sorted out one of my sponsors and hopefully submitting this in the coming week)
• Guitar, 0% (not keeping up with practise and never able to make it to lessons because of werk)

Metrics for:

• Book consumption
• Physicality, kept offline on a chart on a wall in the office; set myself a target weight of 95 kg for ten weeks time and tracking well against it so far, hoping to break the 100 kg mark this week. Exercise bike and attempts at 06:00 in the pool helping
• Work, kept offline; pleased with my appraisal feedback and grade, need to ensure I keep my head above water for the latter part of the year
