When things are not what they seem
And events unfold without restraint
time passes by to quickly
And the mind can no longer think

Just a pause as the mind tries to focus
the body waiting on a respose
tremors racing through the veins
As the eyes strain through the fog
Hmmmmm

The pause the mind needs
to refresh from the obvious
to see things more clearly
In a different sort of way
Hmmmm
