I DID IT...
After Matt/directorbear got his done two months ago, I decided to get them done soon. I keep waiting for the right time and money to come in and then change my mind. Well, this weekend I decided it was do or die.
I woke up and called my friend and we met at his place to help him move some furnature into his appartment before heading over there. Its a tattoo/piercing parlor called Darkside Tattoos. He highly recommended them and he has gotten a few piercings there as well. I even asked to see their Health Department rating and they said that they open everything up right there in front of you(which they did). It only cost $30 including the hardware. I ended up getting the 14 gauge barbells. I thought, wow thats going to hurt more than I thought because bigger the guage than bigger the pain. Unfortunately they didn't let us take pics there.
He was very corial and reassured me and even asked if I was OK. It hurt for a few seconds(like no other) but after each were done, I was doing ok. No blood or excraiating pain. My friend, his bro, his man, Jack, and I went to Hardees to grab a bite then I got some bactine and ibuprofen. I don't think I'll need it but just in case.
Jack made Ettoffie while I was taking pictures. He even took a couple to get a better view. I will keep you posted with how they heal and such. Now he is off to a pay-per-view UFC thing and I am chilling at home and going to keep this clean. Any suggestions is welcome but it should be alright. Off watch some Netflix. Peace Out for now...
