The first time she remembered meeting Romya, she was sixteen and she didn't recognize him at all. Granted, he didn't look anything like he had the last time they met, and on top of that she'd been only six years old at that point and terrified out of her wits. It was quite understandable then that he wouldn't make a good lasting impression.
