I can't have certain dairy products like soft cheeses, certain brands of yoghurt..some mess with my tummy, others with my skin. I tolerate full fat dairy products better than low- or non-fat ones. I'm allergic to the skins of red grapes. Mildly allergic to pecans. I avoid pork most of the time.
