AHHH!!! IM IN LA JOLLA (san diego) RIGHT NOW!!!! I left work around 1:30 and drove down here--only took 2 1/2 hours. not too shabby, considering it was on the front end of rush hour.
So the reason im here is because I'm helpoing run a conference tomorrow at Scripps for 30 6th grade teachers from... i think all over CA... on how to teach geology! I have a cool powerpoint i made up, and some props. I'm also running ice breakers in the morning.
I have to run, cuz im going to my dad's best friend's daughter's house for dinner with her and other family. Hopefully I'll get an update in later tonight...
