Am still feeling really great. Did my yoga for an hour this morning, followed by a fifteen minute jog/run plus fifteen minutes of walking. I'm going to take the dogs out now and go to the store.
I hadn't done my yoga for a few days and I can feel the difference. My arms are definitely the weakest part of my body.
I just had 20 cashews. Yum. I also had a banana this morning. I'm curious to know if the cashews will upset my stomach because for awhile I thought I had an intolerance to them. I also thought tomatoes were the cause of my dry skin breakouts too, but during the fast, my dry skin cleared up (until it got bitterly cold again.) I've actually found that carmex of all things is curing my dry skin.
Happy day--grocery shopping, hummus making and orange juice to come!

Today has been really busy despite all appearances. I was up by 8:30, but I'm going to try to get things going an hour earlier each day as I still can't manage to get everything done that I need/want to get done.
I went to Waitrose and Tesco. I love Waitrose. They had some gorgeous wild French mushrooms on sale which I am planning to steam later. They also had some kabocha and onion squashes. I love squashes.
I had a real craving for sushi--not the raw fish kind, the vegetarian kind. It goes hand in hand with my prawn cravings. I was craving prawn sushi as well. I think Amy is right that I'm craving shrimp/prawns because of the iodine content. Your thyroid manages your iodine levels and given that I have no thyroid and my thyroid care is rather crappy, it wouldn't be surprising.
I bought some veggie sushi at Tesco and decided it would be okay to eat some today. While it is a pre-packaged food it is all raw fresh veg with a little bit of grain. I had three pieces and it was delightful. I'm saving the other pieces for tomorrow or the next day because they contain some cream cheese and egg and I didn't want to overload my system.

I'm a bit sick of reporting every one of my food habits to the online community, so I may stop. I'm feeling great and sticking well to reentering the world of food. I'll only put major updates in the future, I think.
One of those updates: I'm a US size 8 now instead of 12. While this is good, its a problem. I have no more pants/trousers/jeans that fit. Everything needs a belt. :/
