My bro is heading back to Flower Mound, TX, this morning. Had a good visit with him, and his dogs, Dave and Buster (miniature schnauzers). Still eating too much as of yesterday, and didn't make it to the gym yesterday or Friday. Exactly two Thanksgivings ago I decided it was time I did something about my health and my weight, for my sake and my family's. My first step was to stop eating at least 2-3 hours before bedtime, and taking healthy food to work so I didn't eat junk when stressed out. I lost a little bit.
