So my professor likes to make a big deal of creating a community of learners, and reminds us how the people in our classes are going to be our colleagues for the rest of our lives. You're not a bad person. Maybe this person in your class just doesn't agree with anything you say and thus feels that they should not have to friend you via facebook.
Knowing who friends are and who are not takes time. Everyone goes through these types of situations.
You're also a very blunt outgoing person, and sometimes these characteristics tend to scare people and intimidate them. You shouldn't take offense to their issues.
Stop offering your roommates food. If they're being that dickish then why attempt to bait them? Sometimes people click with one person more than another, it happens. At least they're not shaving your head or putting bleach in your shampoo.
If people are inviting you along with your roommates just enjoy your time out. Do your roommates work? I know you have a fairly busy schedule, this might be a reason why people don't call. My friends don't call me with last minute plans because they assume I'm busy.

Stop being down on yourself. There's nothing wrong with you, besides that your crazy :0). If anything tell the bitch in your class to fuck off and ask your mates why they're such assholes.

Or just put oatmeal in their shampoo...
