Hi.
I'm not sure this is the best place for asking for translations, but since it's kind of JET-specific vocabulary I'm hoping someone here can help.
I returned from Japan earlier this year, and am currently applying to graduate schools. Assuming one of them accepts me, I'm going to need to fill out the (US) federal student aid forms, since that's what they use to decide on scholarships, etc. Two schools have rolling financial aid and one makes the decisions on February 1st, so I need to get the thing filed ASAP after January 1st.
Which means I need the paper stating my income/tax withholding/ecetera, for 2010 from the BoE that I worked for (which I need to file taxes anyway). I got it at the end if each year when I was in Japan, but I'm not sure if they'll remember/get it to me in any sort of reasonable timeframe now that I'm gone. I'd like to email them about getting it, but I will admit that "income report" is not anything that entered into my Japanese vocabulary while I was over there.
Anyone know the word? Or better yet, how I would ask for one?
