Interview Photo

I got an e-mail informing me that I should bring a picture with me to the interview.  I was just wondering whether shoulder length hair would be better pulled back or left down but styled nicely.
How did you do your hair?

PS I haven't received the voucher yet and I need to take the picture tomorrow any idea on the size required. Canadian applicant.
