Every time he smiles at her, every time he laughs, she always gets this weird feeling in the pit of her stomach that rises into her throat. Bubbles that she can't swallow down which usually turn into laughter. Like butterflies.
(But that's physically impossible, it's not like she could ever swallow a butterfly.)

Every time he brushes against her - when his hand settles on her lower back, when his fingers trail across her skin - she could swear she's on fire.
(But that's all really a matter of perception because it's just silly to think anyone could have the power to set anybody on fire.)

Every time she turns around to face him and he has that look in his eyes, something beyond the fond friendliness she's so used to now. Something glimmering and burning behind the omnipresent glow of affection. It's amazing how soul deep that look can burn when he's looking right at her.
(But she always finds she has to turn away so quickly afterward that she could really just be imagining it.)

Every time he speaks, every time he sings and that voice always sends every atom within her into motion. The way the huskiness of his voice can stroke everything within her alive and she really has to concentrate on what he's saying otherwise her head would be up in smoke.
(Which is just ridiculous really, it's not like she could ever really feel every molecule within herself moving.)
