feeling a bit like noah...without his ark
so it is raining. again. <.<;; like it has been since tuesday morning. places all over southern louisiana are flooded. we've gotten 12 inches of rain. which according to google is 30.48 cm.
it is a lot of damn water.
one of my friends was trapped in his house today. thankfully he has electricity and all those nice mod-cons.
my sister and her fiance's house is not yet underwater only because it sits on piers. their yard looks like a small lake.
crazy crazy.
in other areas people are having to be rescued from their homes.
