Ummm...my pics from NY? They're wack. Cause see, I bought a digicam out there, but didn't buy a memory card. So, we took all the pictures in one day (out of excitement of having the new cam). The camera only holds about like what 15-20 pics? I'm not sure, but I know it was at capacity mad quick.
Anyway, here they are:
MAN THEY'RE SO WACK!!!!!!!! It was hard for me to be all touristy and stuff there, because I lived there during college. I can't really be blamed.
I was counting down the days in my cubicle at work. (This was taken with my phone.)
C being a damn ham. You know how the ham takes that first tester pic.
A PART of our bathroom in our Hotel (Hotel 41--smack dab in the middle of Times Square--definitely recommend it).
Me in front of the window.
We had a lovely view too.
(I still recommend the hotel though.)
I forgot to take a picture of the actual bed. LOL.
Well, here is C in the bed.
So, my bad. We DID get touristy, and walked over the Brooklyn Bridge.
This is the Manhattan Bridge (I guess), seen from the BK Bridge.
Some buildings:
As touristy as I got:
Oh yes, we DID see the Liberty Lady, on our way.
And when we got to Brooklyn...we went by "my" old 'hood. Myrtle Ave, Dekalb Ave and such. Got some fish, candied yams, greens and mac&cheese (mmmmmmm!!!!!) from Duncan's, and ate in a nearby park PLAYGROUND.
(KIDS ARE BAD!)
And of course, I had to take the classic-profile-in-the-park-in-deep-thought-pic of C.
He tried mine, but it didn't look as genuine (to me). So that gave some more space for later pics...or so we thought...
WRONG!!!!!!!
So....yeah, that's about all.
Peace.
