I have been away for almost 3 days now and am having an awesome time!
The flight over was long to say the least. The entertainment system for Claire and I wasnt working, we were the entire 2 that didnt have one working. When we finally got to Dubai it was a relief to get off the plane both of us felt very sick! Two words to describe Dubai FREAKIN HOT!!! it was 38º and very humid and that was only from the airport!! The flight to London was bad for me<, I felt sick the entire trip but at least we could watch movies and TV so keep us entertained. It was such a relief to finally arrice in London and seeing Trin was awesome! The house she lives in is amazing!! London is amazing! I wasnt really sare what to expect, but it wasnt this! By the time we got to Trin´s it was close to 11 so most of the pubs were closed. We went out to find something but nothing. So after about 24hours awake we decided sleep was a good idea.
The next day by 8am we were wide awake. We got up and went to the Camden markets. Defs coming back there!! We went to the world´s end to see Jazmine which was good and now have plans to met up in a few days in Barcelona. It was then off to a park where one of trin´s friends was having a picnic for her bday. At 3 we heading off to the airport to catch a flight to Barcelona. After the plane being delayed an hour we finally got to Barcelona about 1030. Being so tired, we
ending off getting off the bus at the wrong stop leading to us not knowing whre we were or how to get to the hostel. A british couple come asking us directions for the airport bus, we helped them and they pointed us in the right direction. When we finally arrived at 12 midnight a shower was greatly require! It was 26º still!! We went out to am irish pub next door and went that closed ar 2am we heading off now La Ramble in search of somehwere new to drink. Only upon finding a person that spoke english we ended up in some hip hop club. there was a huge line, but we managed to find a guy with
connections there was no line waiting for us. Upon leaving very tired at 5am we both fell asleep as soon as we hit the pillow. Yessterday we went shopping and went to the Picasso Museum. Last nite we met some aussie guys, they were fromn Melbourne. They own a import clothing company and were over for some clothing convention thing!!
Rach and Jess when ya go down bridge road if u go into a shop called 154 or something, these guys own that shop. They were awesome, i didnt spend any money after meeting these guys! haha we went to a club later they paid our cover charge hehe. had such a great nite, i went back to their hotel (they have too much $$ for a hostel, bastards). Didnt sleep til 7am.
God i love barcelona! i think i am gonna learn Spanish wen i come home so i can come back here and actually no what the seedy comments that get said to u as u walk down the street!!
