First, to the guy who commented to his friend this morning that, "SOME people are apparently too good to look at the construction crew and say good morning," how about if we give some people a break at 7:20 on a Monday morning, huh? I hope the song is gone by now. I know how annoying that can be.

I'm pretty sure we are going to Cozumel next year. It all depends on whether my mother and Derek find something better. I loved Cozumel and I'd really like to go back. I will definitely check out Paradise Beach if we end up there. It sounds fantastic, especially for someone staying on the island.

Thanks for all the recommendations (Paradise Beach, Punta Langosta, and Bitter is the New Black).

I seriously almost whipped back a comment about how sorry I was that I made the poor widdle construction guy sad and did he want me to call his mommy to come pick him up and take him home for tomato soup and grilled cheese sandwiches cut into the shape of Loony Tunes characters, but I decided that wouldn't really help my case.

Just because a man works in an industry stereotypically associated with hairy-armed mouthbreathers who make lewd comments about women's asses doesn't mean he isn't a sensitive plant who requires careful nurturing and support if he is to survive in today's hurly-burly, rough-and-tumble world.
