Essay suck balls
I handed in my textual analysis on Jekyll and Hyde this morning. It was late by about ten minutes, but the woman let me submit it anyway, thank god. She didn'y look impressed, seeing as my last one was late too. Humph. I was printing it off in the library and Jake picked it up and said "is THAT your bibliography? Mines usually like 15 books and loads of websites..." Yes, thats what I need to hear, two minutes before I hand it in. Idiot.
It was a textual analysis anyway - 1250 words (which I went over :/) on a two page extract from the book. Quoting a load of other people's shit isn't really nesseccary.
Anyway, thats pissed me off enough now to be in a bad mood for the rest of the afternoon.
Soon I have to get cracking on my Criticism and Theory essay. This is going to be a tough cookie, mostly becuase I don't know what the fuck I'm talking about.
We're going home this weekend and next. Mum wants to get me a new coat for Xmas, and thats what we're going shopping for tomorrow. Next weekend is a party at one of Jakes friends houses. It should be cool.
