My eyes sting today, probably from the smokey pubs we were in last night.
I have some new food obsession’s I’d like to share:
Cracked black pepper crisps,
Brie, avocado and bacon sandwiches with garlic mustard and toasted white bread,
Bovril and butter on toast,
Sweet potato mash with cream cheese stirred in.
Yumyumyum. I just thought I’d share.
We’re off to a party tonight, should be fun but its always a drag having to find some floor to sleep on for a few hours before we have to get up and get the train back. Plus I’ve got work on Sunday night; hopefully I’ll be recovered by then, and not on too much of a come-down.
We went out last night for burgers and ended up staying out and getting a bit merry. It was fun, Jake and I haven’t done that together for ages. We chat away, the conversation flows constantly and comfortably. We watched a band in the pub, they we’re pretty good. They had an organist, which instantly makes them pretty groovy.
Right I’ve got to go and do an essay. I asked Jake last night to break my ball about it if I didn’t start doing it straight away today. I’m regretting that idea now, humph.
