Are you Taking Out Today?

Order half your entrée as takeout.  One restaurant portion could feed an entire
family--who needs all those calories? So when you order an entree, ask them to
automatically put half of it directly into a take-home box. That way, it'll
never show up on your plate!  And you'll have a ready-made meal for tomorrow!

Moods And Food

Disappointment. How does it affect you? It's easy to feel overwhelmed and grab for food to fill the void, but is that what you want to do? NO! NO! NO! You are reading this email for a reason. You have decided to do something about this. Make a list of your disappointments, what you hoped for, and what you are willing to do to get what you want. As you progress, food will become a less significant factor.

I'll do my full update after I actually go to the gym today, but on the plus side, I weighed myself yesterday and found I haven't gained that much weight at all from this last weekend, only one pound up! That isn't nearly as bad as I thought it would be. In the mean time, I'm going to go get some applications.

Well, I didn't do cardio today cause I was actually late! I know, shame on me! Shame! But I did get some good weightlifting in and I think I'm ready for 90lbs on Bench Press, but NOOOOO, Natalie says I can't! Well we will see about that! We also tried out Military Press, and I think I was at 70lbs, Mira at 65, although it was a little too much for her, I'll admit that now. Probably 60 would be good for her next time. Squats were... an experience. The first set is always so tough to figure out for me for some reason. I know the posture, know the movement without the bar, but it always seems to take more adjustment once it's on my shoulders. Maybe I'll post in Muscle_Furs about it. But in anycase, I have to go back tomorrow and get my cardio in like a good little gymbear!
