Lemme see, Gym talk!

The gym was jamPACKED today! I've never seen so many people there at one time. The bad news was that the elipticals were a lost cause, so it was 40 minutes on those bikes *gag* Got to talking to Mira though, and we ironed out last nights issues. We were ALL a little emotional. Anyway, Bench press steady an normal, maybe a week untill I pump it up another 5 pounds. Took out the dumbbells (gasp, I was able to FIND them!) and did my tricep extentions (15 pounders! whooo!) and the ol fashioned dumbell curls. And then the ol reliable thigh machines, and crunches. Swimming afterwards, and I scared the cute little bottoms of Mira (muahahahahaaaaaa!) and really... that was all I did today! Unless you count the part where we suggested (okay, SHE sugested) that this next weekend we can go an get me some makeup. Errr... Okay! So she will have a guinea pig this weekend. It was a great time.

Looking through this Fredericks catalog though... now that has given me a few ideas! num num num, corsets with gartar belts and stockings, oh I would just have TOO much fun with that. Black or dark blues, and maybe some nice bitch boots and a little cat tail...ahem. See what I mean? ;)

Today's weigh in: 229. Steady, but no improvement, which will have to change this weekend. I think the biggest problem I have is NOT updating my food journal, so I'm not really keeping track of what I'm eating. I'm guestimating, which really is no good for this sorta situation, although it make me happy to see that I can keep a steady weight all by myself! So yah, that, and my fat pants feel more lose around the middle. Sweeeeeet.
