It is important to vary your strength training routine when the goal is to tone and firm up. This will serve a dual purpose. First, performing a variety of exercises will help the body make changes more rapidly. Muscles can get used to performing the same motion or exercise, which, in turn, will cause them not to work as hard or effectively. Secondly, variety will help prevent boredom and keep you interested and motivated with your workout routine. Try different combinations of exercises and experiment with new machines. And as always, ask a personal trainer or staff member for questions about proper form or to solicit ideas.
So I need to start paying attention to food consumption again. I went lax on my ballysnutrition calorie counter, but that has changed starting today. I also plan to get to the gym extremely early today so I have a longer crack at the cardio machines. Love yah Mira, but my goals are just a LIIIIIITLE more intense than yours, at least I think so. Maybe we'll talk about stepping it up a bit when I see you an Wolve today. I think gaining control of one thing in my life will help me an my mood swings, for sure.
Alright, well I need to get ready for that gym date! And I told ya'll I would feel better today. =)
