Things to do
Ahhh Friday. Tea soon. A little pick me up from all the tired and silly things in life.
I love making Mike squirm when I say in the middle of a conversation, "And by the way, she has the most beautiful, pear-shaped backside I have ever seen". He just gets all flustered and starts whacking me with his hat. I am MEAN sometimes.
Tomorrow I get paid, and my room will be clean, and I will write some more journal entries for my classes, as well as finish that darn paper for English. It's just a matter of sitting down and um... starting it.
Im trying to put a birthday present together... and I have some great ideas and I don't know if it will all fit in the container I will be presenting... I dont even know if its a good idea. Mostly because the subject material that is the "theme" of the present is... something I need to do more research on, I suppose. Im also worried about putting my heart out on my sleeve again.
Poetry has... well I think my Muse is feeling rather tired from keeping me up most nights and following me around all the time. Though the full moon this last weekend was BRUTAL in terms of waking up, writing something down, TRYING to sleep... and failing. It was starting to wear on me a little, so I appreciate the break... I just hope she doesnt die on me, is all. The art though, is going pretty grand. I have this one piece that is giving me trouble though. I am not very good in the costume department, and this particular subject needs something.. different.
I also need to start thinking about what I will be doing this summer, other than looking for work. Also, I should consider starting math classes so I can get the damn thing over with. Also, need to change my major and I was THINKING on doing a double major: Substance abuse counseling and women's studies.
I need to make an appointment to see a doc sometime soon.. have to go with Mike to get "poor person paperwork" filled out first. I hate doing this, but I'd rather ask some nebulous government agency than my parents, that's for damn sure.
So really, nothing very exciting going on! Which is why I havent posted much recently. Juuust keeping my head above water.
