I am not so great at keeping up with memes...

I am passionate about a lot of things that are borderline fannish. I sew and craft, a lot, although
mostly for fannish purposes. I take a fair amount of pride in my cooking, but I wouldn't describe myself as passionate. I'm also really fond of art and design, but again... passionate? IDK.
Here's one thing I get really excited about: travel.
I would like to visit every place ever in the world. My husband gets to go all over the place for his job, and I almost got to go with him to Tokyo and Barcelona, but those fell through at the last minute. Here are some pictures of places I have been, though.
We went to Greece on our honeymoon. This is me being super-touristy with a telescope in Fira. Wow, I had way more hair back then.
Best sunsets ever.
We went to Crete, Fira and Athens on that trip. This is the Hephaisteion in the Agora, with bird.
Sometimes we travel closer to home. This is me hugging one of the oldest trees in the world, in Big Pine, CA. It's in the Eastern Sierra, and believe it or not, this picture was taken in late May.
Warmer climes: We went to Puerta Vallerta two years ago. This is a sand sculpture we found there.
Baby was six months old, and he had a great time. I look ridiculous in this photo, LOL.
Husband and I went to Berlin a few years before that. This is Schloss Charlottenberg, a rococco palace that was built in the 17th century and then rebuilt after World War II. And a section of the Berlin Wall, on the right.
I also went to Italy in college but that was pre-digital cameras (gasp) so I don't have pictures on my computer. We're planning on going to France this summer, after dropping baby off with grandparents. I still want to go to Tokyo and Barcelona, sometime. There's a lot of other places on my list.
Hope that wasn't too boring for y'all. How about you? Where have you gone? Where are you going?
