Why Couldn't I Be a Shop Teacher?

My car went to the mechanics Monday. Tuesday they changed the oil, put a new water pump in it ... and thermostat and something having to do with belts, pulleys and bearings. This morning (Wednesday) I picked the car up: a chunk of change nearly equal to what  I make in a month (hooray for income tax returns). This evening I get to worship practice and my pastor's wife comes out of the church to greet me when she heard me pull up early; she noticed jets of steam coming from the right side of my grill.

Tomorrow I'm supposed to drive an hour away to interview for the Latin teaching job I mentioned a little over a week ago. In the car jetting radiator steam. So, in addition to preparing for my interview when I get up early tomorrow morning, I'll also be calling my mechanic and hoping that they can see the car first thing and get me to campus and back to the shop in enough time for me to make my sojourn.
