(no subject)
This isn't about training.. but my doggy, Penguin, slipped her collar over her head the other morning while she was being walked by my boyfriend. She's done this 5 or 6 times, and we always catch her within 10 minutes.
But... she ran... and my boyfriend said he couldn't catch her. And she hasn't come home since then.
I don't know what to do. The pound either won't answer the phone or when the girl finally did answer the phone, she said she was too busy to go check if our dog was back there.
I intend to go to the pound myself or make and put up signs if she isn't there.
Your thoughts?
