I have...not been posting much. Mostly because of not much going on, partly because of spring doldrums, which I think I tend to get. But I think I am coming out of it, so that's good. Really, no news.
Work is OK, although my 10-person department is still down three, which is rough. We hired one, and another one left! But I'm super happy for the one who left, and the new guy is good, as far as I can tell. Amusingly, I think he's grown-up Kurt from Glee.
Nothing especial in my personal life, either.... I keep not being able to make book club meetings, which seems like a good source of friends, but at least I know some people here, finally, although I'd be glad to have closer friends. One of the best prospects is busy with tax season right now, so I'm hoping to hang out with her more after that's done.
Family is same old, same old.
I guess that's it? I'm hoping to get to NYC in the next couple of months, and may have a friend up here to visit, which would be great.
