I'm done!
50,054 words from beginning to end and what a load of drivel! If I ever do NaNo again please remind me that jumping straight in pretty much the day I finish another story with no planning or understanding of who the characters are is an awful idea. Poor Ellie and Finn got a bad lot, but I'm thinking of writing them a cute little oneshot to redeem them slightly in my mind.
Anyway, the really exciting thing now is that I'm free! Free to write whatever I want without feeling guilty. This, after the day I finish a story, is my favourite time of being a writer. The possibilities are so brilliantly endless, hurrah!
Thanks to everybody who was so massively cheering during the past few weeks and good luck to those still writing.
