Inauguration celebration
My cousin who lives on the metro line outside of D.C. has agreed to let me stay with her for Obama's inauguration. Now I just need to get my boss to let me off from work for a few days.
My cousin rocks, she always has. But we hardly ever see each other, so this is really something special she's going out of her way to let me do. And I am STOKED.
Also, I get to hang out with her and her family, and they're all awesome. Their daughter was a space shuttle for halloween, so really, you can't get much better. Well, another cousin's son was a giraffe, which is also pretty great, but the pic of the kid at the Air & Space Museum in her NASA Shuttle outfit really makes me feel good inside.
